Doing good might just be one of the hardest things today, smile at people, what’s your motive? Give someone money, what’s he begging? Don’t get me started with the proposals we have to write, starting your own business can sometimes cost you more than robbing a bank or stealing from someone rich.

Standing in lines just for your business proposal to be rejected several times, what tricks me the most is the fact that they don’t even bother to help you write it better or even call you to appreciate your efforts. Instead they leave you hanging, they leave you stranded. Meanwhile you’re down on your knees praying they approve while they made their decision from the minute you stepped into their office “Look at her dress” “Did he even shower?” “Why so many tattoos?” As they ponder when you take your seat. Fake smiles and fakes laughs just to blindfold you, making you think they’re sweet and that you nailed it! Pitiful! Pitiful! Absolutely unbelievable!

Meanwhile doing bad has never been so simple, our friends buy us beer and roll us the best joints, there are no business proposals needed to become a G. All you need is to vow that you will never snitch on them and you’re good to go.

Shouldn’t it be the other way around, shouldn’t we find help easily? They claim that they moving us forward! They claim they’re bringing us everything we need, when all we ever needed was to be heard! Shouldn’t it be comforting talking to a cop than a thug?

Just my thoughts, this is how I see life today...
