Funny and sad how they love us but claim to hate us at the same time, they be calling us names but be asking all about us, they all about hearing how we’re keeping up with life, if whether or not we have archived or surpassed all obstacles that once stood in front of us including them; astonished by people that ‘hate’ us but be the first to understand the story. Like if you ‘love’ me that much just come forward and hala at me, if you want us to write something together, come hala at me, don’t hold back and give me something to write about.
Funny and sad how we let our pride and emotions run or should I rather say funny and sad how we let our pride and emotions ruin our lives? How we claim to be paving our way up but be holding pointless and hurtful grudges towards people that smile at us. Television has given us the upper hand to lead our thoughts but yet we conclude into filming a snobby story in our minds, damn! What a way to waste talent, instead of improvising into being better, we meditate on ways we could be better than our rivals, when the only person against us was ourselves.
Funny and sad how many things changed over the years, we smile more towards our phones, and we’d rather tag you on social media than to call you over for some coffee and a little bit of cuddle to chase away the cold, damn.
Funny and sad how I am not going to preach to you this time around, maybe just maybe life is too short to preach all the time, enjoy life, live for the moment and if people don’t understand you all the time, funny and sad how they’ll tell people about you when you at the top, how they knew you as a little kid doing your thing.
