Cheap Wine

Drinking gallons of cheap wine, giving our thoughts a chance to share their sober feelings, wearing cheap cologne, jamming to pirated songs on our playlists, living for the moment while making memories we’ll see no remorse to, having deep conversation with the siblings about the future, praying we live to see a better tomorrow, rocking back and forward while we attempt on standing our ground and falling in love every time we find love while we get our hearts hurt.
Let that wine breathe, play with it, sip and meditate on the good times you once had back when you called all the shots and had the budget to back it, back when you wore classic clothes and drove modern cars, meditate, sip, play with it and let that wine breathe; bursting loud music, hurting our eardrums, turning up, celebrating our lives and emptying bottle after bottle of this cheap wine, finishing bottles of wine younger than our grandchildren.
Taking off ages when we have this cheap wine in our system and regaining those years when we’re sober, we’re dancing like it’s the 90’s we’re laughing as if we’re being filmed, we’re listening to classic songs which seem to numb our feelings even more and we’re bonding as if we’re sisters, talking about the better future which isn’t promised.
Slowly we’re regaining our age; it’s not the 90’s anymore...
