Piece of paper

Aside from breaking hearts and lying to people what else do you do for a living? Aside from wasting time and being delusional about your future what else do you do for a living? Aside from pretending you’re curious about your future and well being what else do you do for a living? Aside from waiting on favours and things done for you what else do you do for a living? Aside from being a couch potato what else do you do for a living? Aside from stealing ideas and comparing your craft with others what else do you do for a living?

You went to college, got your diploma and were satisfied with that. You called that an achievement, you vowed that that piece of paper would secure a better living for yourself and whoever is your responsibility and you swore that all of those papers on your walls could bring you piece of mind, you pursuit piece of mind from a piece of paper that states you qualify for your intended career. You waited on that piece of paper to feed your family, buy you sweet cologne and laced lingerie. You prayed and sat home watching your favourite cartoons that always seem to crack you up.

We seem to witness quite a number of highly educated people decorating with these papers and bragging about them, which at times bring them so little at home.

Aside from watching television, getting a decent education and praying on that piece of paper what else are you doing for a living?
