Just another wrong turn

Society taught me to say “It’s fine” even when things weren’t even close to the end of the tunnel, to say please and thank you even though we know very well it should be ours to own and to take the blame even when they’re in the wrong but then again it’s fine, right?

Strolling hand-in-hand with the perks of not having and having to lend what we need. We get it it’s not ours, we get the fact that you’re the rightful owner but we own every inch of our hearts don’t hurt that too cause we’ve damaged your goods but then again it’s fine, right?

With undersized hearts at times we rely on our words to set us free, tapping these keys with crossed fingers maybe tomorrow we’ll get to the end of the tunnel with healed wounds but then again it’s fine, right?

There’s absolutely no reason for you to feel pity ‘cause we’re known to be in the wrong, right?
