Countless times

Elders have the impression that because they’ve lived longer and potentially seen more things than we have they know it all. Without doubt we could learn so much about where it is we’re really going by listening to what they have to say but have you ever been lost then later found the route you’ve been searching for, the joy of knowing you managed to do it on your own is priceless. The sense of joy we have when we are inches from touching the moon that is what we work for.

We’re moving forward bumping into every expensive vase, what’s in the back of our heads is getting to where we’re headed without being told what to do or how to do it. We’ve failed countless times and gotten up countless times more.
