They devoted their time into raising their daughter; she turned out to become every photographers dream. A dime in the woods trying to be what her parents always preached in her ear as a little child. Constantly making them proud, constantly devoting her time replacing their hard work with good deeds and precious gifts she gets from the city.
With all gifts being different, she stared at the mirror and believed it’s time for her to start dating. She gifted her parents with a similar individual who was raised the same way, an individual who stepped on the same path as her past. Being the good and different son, he went on both knees knowing very well this was the only dime in woods he could ever lay eyes on.
Their families agreed on the next step, which almost every black married child in South Africa has been through, the ‘lobola’ negotiations.
Fingers crossed, they unanimously asked their Father to bless them with more years, more smiles and more gifts they’ll both open.
